Terms of use

Volunite is run by Ascending Hope Community Services. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Volunteering

Sign up only for shifts you intend to attend. If your plans change, cancel in the app before the shift starts so someone else can take your spot. Follow the shift lead's safety instructions at all times.

Points and rewards

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. They are awarded for verified attendance. We may correct balances that were awarded in error and may change the rewards on offer at any time.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

These terms are a starting template. Have them reviewed before public launch.
