Privacy policy

Ascending Hope Community Services collects only what it needs to run volunteer shifts.

What we collect

Your name, email, optional mobile number, the shifts you book and attend, and the points and badges you earn.

How we use it

To confirm bookings, check you in, contact you about shifts you signed up for, issue certificates of your volunteer hours, and report total volunteer impact. Shift leads for an NPO can see the names and mobile numbers of volunteers booked on that NPO's shifts.

Your choices

You can update your details on your Profile page. To delete your account and data, contact us and we will do so within 30 days, in line with Singapore's PDPA.
